So apparently I live in Bali now. So the voice said today. It is my
new home. Didn’t see that one coming that’s for sure. And a place has
appeared though I have to break it to Chris that I’m not leaving his
house! The upstairs apartment is free and paid for and the voice says
it’s mine and to learn from being kicked out by VV and stand up for
myself and claim it. Anyway, Chris and I seem to have an immense
amount of work to do with each other, especially involving pushing
each other’s buttons thus causing us to grow up and become men.
I spent most of today for the first time in my life listening to my
body. It asked me to please stay in bed all day and apply coconut oil
to it. It was moaning and groaning in ecstacy the whole day and I
realized that coconut oil is MAGIC. My body just kept absorbing it and
constructions that have been there for 10 years began loosening. So
grateful. I used almost a whole bottle! So long miserliness!
It also told me to stop using soap as it dries me out. A monkey
appeared (in my mind) and commanded “Go Back To Nature” so off I go.
Also did Yogananda’s Energization Exercises and he smiled at me and
said smart guy! Only one in 10,000 students listens he told me.
Yogananda claimed that if there was only one thing a student did, it
should be the energization exercises.
So it was a relaxing day, a lot of fear came up that I didn’t mention,
and as usual it taught me more about who I am, where I’m going, and
what I’m made of.
